No problem. You have to transfer your domain name from your previous host to us. If the domain was registered with NSI (Network solutions), we send a mail to NSI asking for the domain transfer. NSI then sends an email to the administrative contact for this domain for approval. The administrative contact then sends an email back accepting the changes.
If the email procedure is impossible because of a change in email address or because the administrative contact opposes it, the domain owner can use a fax procedure.

If the domain was registered elsewhere than with NSI, the domain administrator has to ask for the transfer to our servers. At the time of the order, you should have received the information to use concerning our DNS and our Identifier (specify these as technical contact)
